We are a team of volunteers and cannot guarantee immediate dispatch of ordered items. Please allow 10 working days for dispatch of your order..
Orders should arrive in good condition, if however you find that they are damaged then please contact orders@medandlaterpottery.org.uk to arrange replacement.
Unwanted items can be returned to the MLPRG for a refund, however the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
All refunds will be made to the mode of purchase.
Overseas buyers are responsible for payment of all import duties and taxes.
